Class Schedule
All classes have physical, mental and spiritual benefits. We introduce principles of alignment, proper breathing, yoga philosophy and offer hands-on guidance to deepen students' understanding of poses. Unless otherwise noted, classes incorporate standing poses, balancing poses, inversions, backbends, forward bends and twists as appropriate for each student. We believe this balanced approach affords every student the opportunity to find what he or she needs in practice that day.
